WEATHER UPDATE: Fear not, the festival is still happening! It’s looking like we’ll be starting closer to 1p after the rain moves through. There may be a few unexpected delays, but for the most part we are up and running as planned! The stage has been moved this year to be closer to a covered picnic area, but feel free to bring canopy tents to setup. Thanks for your support!
When: Saturday, Sept. 23rd, 2023 (RAIN or SHINE)
Where: Fremont Lakes State Recreation Area (Fremont, NE)
The stage is located right next to The Tow Line restaurant on Victory Lake. If you’re using a map service on your phone to find the Fremont Lakes, it’s best to put in The Tow Line as your destination, otherwise you might end up in a cornfield (which sounds like a joke, but is actually very true).

How Much: FREE (Daily parking pass required per car $5-$8; Campsites available for rent directly from park.)
Who: Ten O’Clock Scholars, Third Frate, John Forrest & The Model Citizens, All Young Girls Are Machine Guns, Frederick Julius, Square Wave Jerks, Brothers Tandem, The Farewell Season, Bazile Mills, Echoes At Midnight
About: Continental Drift Music Festival is a one-day, grassroots music festival held in Nebraska. Originally located at Riverwest Park in Omaha, it has since relocated to the Fremont Lakes a few miles northwest of “The Big O.”
Expect this years’ lineup to bring rock, folk, indie, powerpop, Americana, and singer-songwriter music to the great Nebraska outdoors. Come out and enjoy day of music and camping. You can even bring your boat and watch from the lake, as the stage is near the water.
